Technical Systems
|
![]() |
| Many of the challenges and issues of the next one hundred years will come from the diversity and complexity of the technical systems used some of which may be outside of an organisation's control. If technical systems are to be successful they need to be carefully designed to fit with the other systems that will surround them and the functions they support. This often requires a range of special skills that the organisation may not possess. HAIS works s to help organisations get the most of their current technical systems and helps to build better infrastructures for the future. |

Delivering customer requirements The industrial revolution was founded on the development of technical systems, from simple craftsman's tools to large manufacturing plants. Today even service-based industries are dependent upon complex technical infrastructures including manufacturing systems, power generation systems and transport systems.
These technical systems make up the organisation's infrastructure and
enable the applications that generate the bottom line and sustain the
organisation's goals
Future technical systems will raise yet more complex management and ethical issues, many of which will cross social and national boundaries. All of these will bring new challenges to the organisations that operate them. Articles: Integrating CBT and health and safety policies and procedures |
