In today's pressured society we spend so much of our time working that workplace health issues can have serious effects on the rest of our lives.
The occupational self help service aims to provide help, information and support for anybody concerned about their occupational health or living with a health issue that affects their working life.
Particularly those with: -
The service also provides advice to those who are studying, both adults and children.
Special events dealing with work related health issues and children are organised for both parents and children.

Advice |
The service provides advice and information on day to day living, health management and employment for those who have health concerns related to the work they do. A range of seminars and workshops are available as well as easy to understand reports, articles and pamphlets on work related health issues.
Group sessions and one to one consultations are also provided by a professional with experience of occupational health issues and their management. Special help is available for those who think they are developing an injury related to their work.
